Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Sonographer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high‑quality diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound technology. You will play a crucial role in patient care by providing accurate assessments and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. A strong understanding of breast anatomy, maternal‑fetal medicine, and obstetrics/gynecology is essential for this position.
Duties- Perform sonographic examinations, including but not limited to obstetric, gynecological, breast, and abdominal scans.
- Utilize advanced sonography techniques to capture high‑resolution images for diagnostic purposes.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to accurately interpret imaging results.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques.
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and contribute to patient care plans.
- Maintain equipment in accordance with safety standards and perform routine quality control checks.
- Document all procedures accurately in the patient's medical records.
Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in breast, maternal‑fetal medicine, and obstetrics/gynecology sonography.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and diagnostic radiology principles.
- Experience in patient care with a focus on providing compassionate support.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
