Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown Kansas City Crossroads is looking for a detail oriented, resourceful, and proactive Executive Housekeeper. What You’ll Do
  • Lead the charge in transforming our guest rooms into inviting accommodations, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Empower hotel staff to deliver great guest service.
  • Inspect rooms to ensure brand cleanliness standards are met and exceeded for both guest rooms and public areas.
  • Plan work schedules and room assignments with minimal disruption to guests.
  • Recruit housekeeping staff that will model the PEACH way.
  • Emphasize training and development to empower employees to provide excellent guest service.
  • Communicate openly with staff to handle their concerns, provide guidance, and set them up for success.
Skills,

Education and Experience
  • Preferred experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
  • Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
