Hotel Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest’s stay, from check‑ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property’s vision, mission, and core values. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working overnight and thrive in a guest‑focused environment.

• Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.
• Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings.
• Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort.
• Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome.
• Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
