Base pay range

$38.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Summary:

Insight Global is seeking a contract Recruiter for our engineering consulting client in Kansas City, Missouri. This Recruiter will have an integral role in growing the headcount of our client's Kansas City area office, and will be primarily responsible for sourcing and placing 12 engineers in their Kansas City office. This individual will be working with Engineers from Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil disciplines.

This talent acquisition professional will join and collaborate with a TA team sitting across different US office locations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
  • Work with technical leadership to develop recruiting strategies to meet specific talent needs.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, fostering an inclusive, positive, and professional recruitment process for all involved.
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential within the organization.
  • Share market insights and recruitment best practices with technical leadership, acting as a partner in building out an effective office of engineering professionals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in engineering recruitment in either a corporate or agency environment.
  • Linked In Professional Experience.
  • Experience using an ATS.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically for high-level engineering professionals with PE licenses.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience using Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, Career Builder, and various other recruiting platforms/job boards.
