Talent Operations Specialist, Sales at CBIZ
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to support the sales organization by preparing offer letters, ensuring compliance, and coordinating onboarding for new Producer hires.
- Draft and prepare offer letters, pro‑formas, and agreements for sales hires, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with CBIZ standards.
- Partner with Recruiters, HR partners and Legal to vet existing agreements, confirm licensing requirements, and assist with the licensing process for unlicensed associates.
- Provide Hiring Managers with Behavioral Interview Guides and related resources to support the candidate screening process.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new Producer hires, including communication tracking, training support and conducting 90‑day new hire check‑ins for sales team members.
- Manage and maintain assessments across recruitment, onboarding and team member development, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Recruiting teams to improve process efficiency, turnaround time and overall effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in human resources, recruiting operations, preferably within a professional services or sales‑driven organization.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all offer documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS), with Oracle or similar platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with the Predictive Index (PI) or similar behavioral assessment tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across HR, Recruiting and business teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's Degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter.
- Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Proficient use of applicable technology.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
