Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team!
Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where you'll play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top talent across the US.
Compensation$40 - $45 /hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities & Duties- Manage full-cycle recruiting
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Facilitate offer approvals and communicate final offers
- Organize requisition and pipeline activity via ATS
- 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills with platforms like Linked In Recruiter
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Success Factors or similar ATS preferred
- 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance
