Generalist

Starting Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

We are seeking a People Experience Generalist to join our team. Your role will perform human resources-related duties at the professional level, primarily responsible for talent acquisition and onboarding, while also supporting compensation, benefits, team member relations, training, employment, labor relations, affirmative action, and employment equity programs. As a member of the People Experience Team, you will work with 10 other team members and report to our Senior Manager of People Experience.

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Supports recruitment processes by managing requisitions, offer letters, background checks, onboarding documentation, and new hire communication through the HRIS system while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Compliance & Records Management: Maintains accurate employee records, processes employment changes, conducts audits, supports required filings, and responds to employment verifications and unemployment requests in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• General HR Operations: Assists with policy implementation, new hire orientation, compensation analysis, job description updates, personnel issue resolution, and various HR programs and initiatives supporting team member engagement and retention.
• Strategic HR Support & Continuous Improvement: Contributes to departmental goals and continuous improvement initiatives, participates in committees and planning processes, and ensures alignment with diversity, inclusion, and compliance standards.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the HR field and the following:

• High School Diploma;
  Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license in the state where you reside, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
