Endura is growing, and we’re looking for a Payroll Manager to own and scale payroll operations across our portfolio of home services brands. This role is currently remote, with plans to transition to a hybrid schedule as the team and business continue to grow.
This is a hands‑on role responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, and payroll systems in a multi‑entity, multi‑state environment with continued growth through acquisitions.

What You’ll Do- Own end-to-end payroll processing across multiple Endura brands
- Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all entities
- Manage payroll tax filings, payments, and year-end reporting (W‑2s, W‑3s, state and local filings)
- Partner with HR on onboarding, compensation changes, benefits deductions, and offboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll questions and issue resolution
- Reconcile payroll to the general ledger and support month‑end close
- Own payroll systems, integrations, and vendor relationships
- Lead payroll setup and integration for newly acquired companies
- Standardize and improve payroll processes to support growth and scalability
- Maintain payroll documentation, controls, and audit readiness
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including payroll tax compliance
- Experience supporting payroll for 150+ employees; multi‑state experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Hands‑on experience with modern payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity, UKG, Workday, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- CPP or FPC certification
- Experience supporting acquisitions or multi‑entity payroll environments
- Experience with in home services, field services, or similarly decentralized work forces
