Job Type: Full-time

• You will provide support to our client’s internal systems as well as shared hosted infrastructure platforms.
• Install, deploy, support, and administer all software, servers, and related systems.
• Maintain knowledge of Windows servers and all operating systems, and diagnose/troubleshoot computer, network, and system-related issues.
• Oversee maintenance of VMware, vSphere, virtualization, and storage environments.
• Manage server and network monitoring.
• Manage application installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Plan and execute server migrations and upgrades.
• Automate repetitive tasks to drive efficiencies; create documentation for future reference.
• Provide updates and feedback to users and internal teams regarding efforts to resolve complex issues.
• Manage multiple tasks and issues at the same time and maintain service level agreements.
• All other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Microsoft Certified:
  Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Net+, Sec+, or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills on a large and multisite scale.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Experience with applications used in an educational environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Nimble SAN, Dell & Cisco Servers, PRTG.
• Understanding of scripting languages such as Windows Command Shell, Power Shell, etc.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of maintaining a high attention to detail.
• Experience working individually and in a team-oriented environment; a high level of availability to resolve problems.
