Information Technology Manager – Lenexa, KS (On-site)
A leading manufacturer with operations across multiple U.S. locations is looking for an Information Technology Manager to lead its IT function. This position offers the chance to guide strategy while staying engaged in hands-on technology initiatives. The IT Manager will oversee infrastructure, business applications, and cybersecurity while mentoring a small, skilled team.
Base pay range — $150,000 – $160,000
This range is provided by Bell & Associates, Inc.. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities- Strategic Direction – Shape the company’s IT roadmap, set priorities, and manage departmental budgets.
- Technology Oversight – Ensure the ERP platform (Infor Syte Line Cloud) and related business systems operate reliably and meet organizational needs.
- Infrastructure Management – Maintain servers, networks, and hybrid cloud environments, implementing upgrades and monitoring system health.
- Security & Compliance – Protect company assets through risk assessments, patching, user training, and proactive incident response.
- Collaboration – Act as the link between IT and other departments, ensuring technology supports overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership – Supervise, coach, and develop two direct reports, while driving accountability and performance within the IT department.
- Background – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; may substitute with 10+ years of progressive IT experience in manufacturing environments.
- Proven expertise in VMware and Hyper-V administration.
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud infrastructure and core networking concepts (Cisco or Ruckus desirable).
- Hands-on ERP experience, with proficiency in Infor Syte Line (Cloud) and Infor OS.
- Solid grounding in modern cybersecurity practices and tools such as Know Be
4. - Scripting ability using Power Shell, VBS, and Python.
- Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and departmental operations.
- Clear communicator, comfortable engaging with executives and end-users alike.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to assess needs and recommend practical solutions.
