Solution Architect, ServiceNow

KPMG is seeking a Solution Architect, Service Now to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements within the Service Now framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms.
• Design and implement solutions that are scalable, flexible, and easy to maintain, including leading proofs of concept for new ideas.
• Build integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using iPaaS, APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, working with Service Now support and other technical teams to address and resolve critical issues.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Service Now solutions.

• Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Service Now, including extensive experience in two or more Service Now modules.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred, with Service Now CAD and one or more CIS certs required, and CTA or CMA strongly preferred.
• Experience in supporting business solutions hosted on Service Now from a developer or administrator perspective, including the challenges associated with upgrades, integrations, and operational support.
• Strong understanding of practical application of Service Now as it relates to industry solutions, and the interconnectedness between modules and core data.
• Proven familiarity with Service Now and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and a robust suite of personal well-being benefits. The salary range for this position is $139,000 - $297,000.
