IT Supervisor

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Supervisor to join a customer of ours in the Kansas City area. The IT Supervisor is responsible for the effective oversight of day-to-day information technology operations, the supervision and development of IT support staff, and the coordination of services delivered by external technology vendors. This role ensures the reliability, security, and continuity of the organization’s technical environment while supporting enterprise-wide performance, compliance, and strategic goals.

The IT Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for all IT-related vendors and participates as a contributing member of the organization’s leadership team.
