The Crystal Reports to SSRS Report Writer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and migrating reports between Crystal Reports and SSRS platforms. This role requires expertise in both reporting tools, strong SQL skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfil reporting needs.

• Design, develop, and modify reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS.
• Plan and execute migration of Crystal Reports to SSRS.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Identify and enhance report performance and efficiency.
• Test developed reports to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing reports and report delivery.
• Maintain documentation related to report structures, data sources, processes, and modifications.

Proven work experience (typically 2-5 years or more) in report development, with significant experience in both Crystal Reports and SSRS.
