Senior Service Developer​/Lead

• Service Now Development with expertise in the Service Now Security domain, particularly in Vulnerability Response, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Security Operations (Sec Ops).
• Will be an integral part of the Global Enterprise Operations team and will help provide leadership for the entire platform and collaborate closely with IT with a focus on the Info Security
• Should be able to define/understand business requirements and leveraging the Service Now platform to configure solutions that align with the platform's strategic direction. Y
• Provide expert consultation to all partners with a focus on the Information Security team, provide roadmap consultation and ensure the Service Now platform aligns with business strategies and governance decisions
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST), is required.
• Minimum of 5 years working as a Service Now application developer/system administrator with a focus on security.
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling. Experience with middleware and discovery technologies for enhancement.
• Demonstrated expertise with Service Now's incident, change, problem, request, CMDB, and knowledge management applications.
• Service Now Certified Developer with experience in writing scoped applications for enhanced security.
• Expert knowledge of Angular
  
  JS, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS development languages for designing secure user interfaces.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL software solutions with a strong focus on security.
• Knowledge of security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls), preferred.
