We are seeking a full‑time Senior Technical Project & Product Operations Coordinator to join our team on‑site in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects, aligning efforts across teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal outcomes. You will manage product operations, support project planning, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading project meetings, tracking milestones, and analyzing project performance to identify areas of improvement.

• Strong expertise in Product Operations and proven ability to streamline processes
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and clients
• Analytical skills to evaluate project performance and optimize workflows
• Experience in Project Coordination and Project Management, including planning, execution, and meeting deadlines
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software
• Prior experience in a technical or software‑driven environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
