• Lead Oracle Fusion EPM module design, configuration, testing, and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to align ERP systems with organizational objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management applications.
• Analyze and document current and future workflows, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
• Participate in planning, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of business application systems.
• Contribute to system design, workflow documentation, data collection, database building, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure deliverables meet project scope and departmental standards.
• Maintain and develop expertise in Oracle Fusion EPM and related technologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to deliver solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong self‑starter mentality with high‑level communication skills.
• Expert level experience in Oracle Fusion EPM.
• Knowledge of HCM, Oracle Fusion, Payroll, and Business Analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay range: $75.00 - $95.00/hr.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 16, 2026.
