End User Support Technician

About the RoleWe’re seeking an End User Support Technician to provide hands‑on IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys solving technical challenges while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage Service Now tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and quick turnaround.
- Support new hire setups, office moves, and AV equipment troubleshooting.
- Maintain device inventory and ensure proper assignment tracking.
- Collaborate with IT teams for complex issue resolution.
- Assist with software installations and licensing compliance.
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and participate in problem/change management.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and imaging tools.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Self‑starter with strong organizational and analytical skills.
