IP Pathways LLC is hiring a NOC Technician to join our 24/7 operations. You will troubleshoot client issues, monitor networks, and assist with cloud and data center services. Primary shift 5pm–1am Monday–Friday with occasional holiday/weekend coverage. Requires 1 year IT support experience and strong customer service skills.
You will work with engineers and vendors, using RMM tools to maintain uptime and performance for multiple clients in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial MSP setting.
