Demand Planner Assistant

As part of the Supply Chain Department, Demand & Supply Planning Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Planning and execution of Supply Chain operations related to all types of trade animation.
• Coordination with the company departments (Trade Marketing, Categories, etc) and European Supply Chain Team, in order to ensure the correct flow of information at the correct time.
• Business data analysis, in order to support the success of commercial activities in compliance with stock value and rotation index targets.
• Uploading necessary information into the forecasting system in order to calculate sales forecasts and to execute stores/ecom replenishment
• Deliveries follow-up, both on the central warehouse and on stores/ecom. Check of quantities and timing and coordination with Demand Planners and Supply Planners for any corrective action.
• Ex-post analysis to identify and highlight elements of success and improvement.
• Support to Demand Planners in new product/brand launch activities: planning, execution and control.
• Creation/maintenance of useful databases in order to improve effectiveness and communication with other company departments.

Do not hesitate to apply if you have :

• Engineering or Economics degree
• Almost 1 year of experience in planning, retail environment is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, experience with forecasting systems is a plus
• Fluent level of English is mandatory
• Analytical attitude
