Electrical Construction Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to take the lead on ambitious builds, ensuring successful project execution while managing costs, risks, and timelines.

- 5+ years of experience in electrical project management with direct oversight of projects exceeding $5 million.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
- Deep understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and codes.
- Expertise in risk management, change order negotiation, and material procurement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team‑first mindset.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Lead and manage electrical construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out, each valued at $5 million or more.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate and order all necessary materials, ensuring just‑in‑time delivery and minimizing delays.
- Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Proactively handle change orders—negotiating, documenting, and executing in accordance with project goals and contracts.
- Monitor job progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain adherence to project specs and local codes.
- Lead project meetings, generate reports, and provide clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.
