Field Marketing Manager

Qualifications

• 3+ minimum years of marketing experience required.
• Experience in people management, with a demonstrated ability to hire, train, and motivate teams.
• Proven experience working with commercial teams, including general sales or trade marketing.
• Strong background in negotiation and budget management.
• A natural "connector" with outstanding communication and networking skills, capable of engaging and inspiring people with ideas.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and project management capabilities.
• An in-depth understanding of consumer trends and insights (e.g., digital trends, university life, mobility patterns) and a strong grasp of EPC culture in sports and the regional cultural landscape.
• A creative marketer with expertise in brand management and innovation, committed to implementing new ideas and strategies.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, managing diverse objectives and personalities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation and training abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Fluency in English mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
