Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience with a Top ENR Commercial General Contractor
, having progressed through roles such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Project Executive
. Experience leading complex Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Higher Education projects is essential.

This person will bring strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
, along with the leadership and technical expertise to oversee an existing team, strengthen client relationships, and help grow the division. This is a high-impact leadership role with the potential for long-term corporate advancement.
