In This Role You Will- Manage day‑to‑day operations that maintain the cleanliness, condition and functionality of the Hallmark headquarters facility.
- Meet or exceed departmental objectives by communicating job expectations.
- Provide performance management, including written and verbal feedback, coaching, & counseling as needed.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
- Assign work duties, establish priorities, monitor progress, revise schedules, and resolve problems.
- Maintain staff by anticipating personnel requirements and finding out‑of‑the‑box solutions.
- Participate in interviews, assess talent, and orient and train current and new hires.
- Act as a representative of Hallmark to direct and indirect reports.
- Be knowledgeable about company policies and compliance laws & regulations across environmental, safety, and HR areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
- Associate’s degree or a minimum of 3 years supervising direct reports.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in facilities management, corporate services, or logistics.
- Experience in Maintenance or HVAC preferred.
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills – includes both verbal and written.
- SAP knowledge and experience.
- Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) Work Order System experience.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to implement solutions that improve the status quo.
- Familiarity with Lean principles.
- This position requires working on‑site.
- It is a 2nd shift position. The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00am. Flexibility to work additional hours is required.
- Relocation will not be provided.
