Senior Maintenance & Reliability Manager

Location:

Kansas City plant, Kansas, KS (Onsite)

This leadership role drives innovation and operational excellence, influencing strategies to keep the plant at peak performance.

• Drive Reliability – partner with Maintenance and Operations to strengthen reliability programs, integrate best practices, and manage budgets.
• Lead Strategy – develop and execute short‑and‑long‑term maintenance plans, oversee predictive and preventive maintenance, and champion safety initiatives.
• Build Teams – lead and mentor supervisors and planners, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure ongoing skills development.
• Optimize Performance – analyze equipment data and maintenance trends to identify improvement opportunities, implement innovative solutions, and maximize uptime and efficiency.

• Extensive experience in manufacturing maintenance supervision or management.
• Proven technical mastery in maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS), programs, and budgeting.
• Experience implementing best‑in‑class maintenance programs and strategies (TPM, RCM, predictive and preventive).
• Track record establishing safety programs that reduce or eliminate unsafe behaviors.

The annual salary range is $136,600 - $179,340, plus discretionary bonuses based on performance.
