PepperJax Grill General Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the operations at Pepper Jax Grill. The General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staffing, customer service, financial performance, and compliance with company policies.

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations, inventory management, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive results.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software is a plus.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
