Process Control Manager

The Process Control Manager performs daily verification of manufacturing procedures and processes to ensure compliance, and documents accordingly. This position will be required to optimize our process by identifying areas of improvement and working with Operations Management to close these gaps. The position will be required to write comprehensive procedures for every step in the process, and ensure all Operations personnel are properly trained (Management and Hourly).

This role will be responsible for delivering projects to the cost savings goals and the overall effectiveness of the Process Control department. The role will also be responsible for AQL's on inbound raw materials, track and trend analysis, claims, and implementing tracking capabilities by supplier, by product type.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or related field from a regionally accredited college or university required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, required.
• 3+ years of experience in management or related experience and/or training, required.
• Manufacturing knowledge and understanding of yields, plant efficiencies and operations procedures.
• Knowledge of OSHA Standards and USDA and HACCP regulations.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to facilitate meetings and training sessions.
• Must have the ability to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback and assistance for improvement.
• Ability to lead a diverse workforce.
• Knowledge of SAP, Internet, spreadsheet, Word processing, order processing and sales software.
• Must be able to travel 10% of the time.
