Applicants should be detail and safety oriented, be able to work with minimal oversight. Applicant must demonstrate the ability to follow directions closely, interpret plan drawings, and have exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret shop drawings, create cut lists, cut and build product

Take projects from start to finish in the building phases

Work in fast paced manufacturing environment

Adhere to all company policies and standards

Work as an integral part of our manufacturing team to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency possible.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years in the custom building, cabinetry or carpentry field

Ability to operate all basic power tools as well as bench tools and larger equipment

Working knowledge of CAD, Sketchup or equivalent software

Ability to work in a “just in time” production system

Lift 50 lbs. unaided

Ability to work well as a positive and upbeat team member, and lead by example.

Willingness to train in other areas of our manufacturing processes

Schedule:

4 Day 40-hour work week!! Regular schedule is Mon-Thurs 6:00 AM to 4:45 PM.

Overtime as necessary
