Support the primary machine operator in the operation, setup, and maintenance of machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. Duties include but are no limited to:

• Assists with machine setup, prepares machinery for operation by setting up tools, loading materials, and adjusting settings as directed by the primary operator.
• Supplies raw material or component specific to the bag machine as needed.
• Monitors bag machine operations and assists with routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoots minor technical issues, performs minor repairs or adjustments under the guidance of the primary operator or maintenance personnel.
• Ability to fill‑in or temporarily run the machine during shift changes, or as necessary.

• $20.05 to $22.80 + Shift Differential

• 12‑hr rotating schedule / 7pm – 7am

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing or related field assisting or operating a machine for a minimum of 2 years.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Stand on your feet, twist and bend for 12‑hour shift
• Ability and willingness to lift up to 50lbs
