We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and a minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding maintenance. This is a critical role on our day shift team, and we are looking for a top‑tier technician who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
- Support equipment installations and setups.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in an injection molding environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems and controls.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Experience with preventive maintenance.
