- Compressor Line Lead Technician to provide day-to-day leadership on the Compressor production line. You will coordinate workflow, communicate priorities, and support safety, quality, and productivity while partnering with supervisors and management.
You will lead by example, coach staff, support onboarding and training, and promote 5S in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
