Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a skilled tool and die technician for our Kansas City, MO plant. You will read blueprints, set up and run lathes, mills, shapers and grinders, and verify part tolerances while following safety protocols.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of tool and die experience, and may prefer a journeyman apprenticeship. Mastercam/Solid Works experience is a plus and the position runs Friday to Sunday on the day shift.
