We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager who loves execution as much as strategy. This role sits at the center of a fast‑growing quick‑service restaurant franchise system and directly impacts guest traffic, franchisee success, and same‑store sales.

This is a doer role — not just planning, but building, launching, testing, and optimizing marketing programs that show up in real restaurants and drive real results.

• Serve as the primary marketing partner for franchisees
• Build and execute local store marketing programs, grand openings, and promotions
• Create simple, effective toolkits, calendars, and playbooks
• Coach operators on digital, social, and in‑store execution

• Plan and launch national and regional promotions from start to finish
• Manage briefs, timelines, and on‑brand execution
• Coordinate in‑store signage, POS, menu boards, and promo assets
• Partner closely with operations to ensure feasibility

• Email, SMS, and loyalty programs
• Monitor performance and report results to leadership and franchisees
• Collaborate with agencies while staying hands‑on

• Maintain brand standards across all locations
• Support menu launches and limited‑time offers
• Track results, measure ROI, and turn data into action

• 5+ years of marketing experience (QSR, retail, hospitality, or franchising preferred)
• Strong understanding of local store marketing
• Experience with digital platforms, CRM, and analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communicator with franchisee‑facing experience
