Premier Promotions is expanding our Kansas City team, and we're looking for an energetic Communications Outreach Associate who’s ready to build brand presence, connect with local audiences, and support event-based marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating clearly, engaging with people, and helping brands show up in meaningful ways.

What you’ll do

• Represent our client partners at community events, pop-ups, and retail activations.
• Communicate key brand messages in an approachable, accurate, and engaging way.
• Support event setup, logistics, and ambassador coordination to keep campaigns running smoothly.
• Engage directly with customers to support product and service sales in a clear, professional way.
• Gather feedback from customers and event attendees to help strengthen messaging and outreach.
• Work closely with our communications and promotions team to understand campaign goals and talking points.
• Maintain a professional, informed presence that reflects each brand’s values.

• Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Interest in brand communications, public outreach, marketing, or community engagement.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
• Ability to work on-site at events throughout the Kansas City area.
• A team mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Hands‑on experience in communications, promotions, and brand engagement.
• Exposure to multiple campaigns with opportunities to take on more responsibilities as you gain experience.

• W-2 employment with a consistent weekly base pay structure.
• Entry-level compensation aligned with role expectations and responsibilities.

Salary: $37,000 – $40,000 per year
