A community support organization in Kansas City is looking for an Employment Case Manager to assist refugees and immigrants in overcoming barriers to employment. The ideal candidate will develop Individual Employment Plans, support clients through job searches, and provide follow-up services to ensure retention. A High School diploma is required, with a preference for bachelor’s degree holders, and fluency in relevant languages is strongly preferred.
