Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse RN Med Surg, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care, advocate for patients and families, and embody our vision and values to ensure outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in unintended medication responses.
  • Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve them.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures, translating complex terminology.
Qualifications
  • BLS certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse license.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma (for candidates requiring diploma).
