Overview
Research Medical Center, a HCA Healthcare hospital, is hiring a Registered Nurse RN for Interventional Radiology. The role supports clinical teams and patient care within the radiology department.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
- Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and documentation of procedure details.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures, identifying and responding to complications.
- Collaborate with radiology technologists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure safe patient care.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and provide patient education regarding radiology services.
- Active RN license in the state of employment.
- (RN) Registered Nurse or RN Diploma preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting, preferably in radiology or an interventional procedure environment.
