RN - Progressive Care-Renal at NKC Health
OverviewOur unit specializes in advanced renal and dialysis care, including hemodialysis, continuous cycler peritoneal dialysis (CCPD), and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). Telemetry monitoring ensures close patient monitoring with a 4:1 patient ratio, allowing for high-quality care and strong interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, dialysis specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide competent holistic care based on the nursing process on assigned units.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Utilize telemetry monitoring to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Preferred: one year medical/surgical nursing experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri
- BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) from AHA within 1 year of hire
- Required:
Associates – Nursing - Preferred:
Bachelors – Nursing
