As an LPN with Com For Care , you’ll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, personalized care while supporting positive outcomes for our clients and their families. Working within your state’s Nurse Practice Act and under RN guidance, you will:

• Provide hands‑on personal care and support with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Assist with medication management and reminders
• Monitor and document vital signs and health status
• Perform basic wound care and health support
• Educate clients and families on care plans
• Accurately document care and observations
• Serve as the bridge between non‑medical support and skilled nursing care

Your compassion and expertise help ensure safety, dignity, and consistency for every client you serve.

• An active, in‑good‑standing LPN license in the state of practice
• A genuine passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, positive, and energetic attitude
• Prior LPN experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care (preferred)
• A professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
