We are seeking a Medical Surgical Certified Nursing Assistant (Med‑Surg CNA). This role will assist with patient care by supporting daily activities, mobility, feeding, and monitoring vital signs while observing for any changes. The Med‑Surg CNA will also help nurses maintain supplies, assist with wound care, and ensure a clean, safe environment.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Help with mobility, including turning, repositioning, and transferring patients to prevent skin breakdown; feed patients who require assistance; monitor intake and output
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration), observe and report changes in a patient’s condition to nurses, and assist with wound care under RN direction
• Stock and maintain supplies in patient rooms, keeping the environment clean and safe
• Assist in transporting patients within the hospital

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire (required)
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintenance thereafter
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Minimum six months of experience in an acute‑care hospital or physicians’ office preferred
