The Recovery Village Kansas City (KCR) is an addiction treatment center with a continuum of care for anyone struggling with substance use disorders. We offer a holistic treatment approach to addiction and treatment for co-occurring conditions. The Recovery Village Kansas City is a physician-led center, and our Recovery Advocates can help you reclaim your life. Our 80-bed treatment center in Kansas City is dedicated to providing all levels of care, including medical detox, residential treatment and outpatient programs.

Our facility is located in tranquil, convenient Raytown, Missouri and is about 30 minutes from the Kansas City International Airport.

Pay Minimum: USD $40.00/Hr. Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse (RN) performs a wide variety of job duties during a shift, caring for and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions. Establishing trust and building rapport with patients and their families are key elements of this position.

Job Duties:

• Provide compassionate care and support to patients seeking addiction and mental health treatment

• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans

• Ability to administer medications as indicated and monitor detoxification process.

• Ability to assess the medical and psychiatric needs of the patient determine the urgency of their needs and expedite treatment is required.

• Ability to educate patients about medications, health issues and medical conditions.

Schedule:

12-hour shifts

Qualifications:

• Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing;
Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.

• Behavioral health experience preferred.

• Licensed to practice in the State of Missouri.
