Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN] or Registered Nurse [RN] looking to join an organization that shares your values and commitment to excellence?
Join our team at Integrity Home Health Care! As a valued nurse, you’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. It’s a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.
- Location: Jackson County, MO and surrounding areas
- Scheduling: Part‑time weekdays only; no weekend, evening, night, holiday, or on‑call visits
- Visits: Approx. 12–13 weekly client visits + 6–7 monthly client visits
- Transport: Company car pickup/drop‑off at Lees Summit office or mileage reimbursement in personal vehicle
- Compensation: Weekly pay, 401(k) matching
- Current MO RN or LPN license in good standing
- 1‑year paid experience as an RN or LPN
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
