- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent
- COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to receive
- Deliver skilled nursing care as assigned
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Assist physicians with diagnostics and procedures
- Educate residents and families on healthcare needs
- Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Monitor, record, and report residents’ conditions and vitals
- Chart observations and patient responses accurately
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- May assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed
