The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department.

The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Associate Degree in Nursing – Required

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing – Preferred

1+ years experience in healthcare – Required

1+ years experience in a leadership role – Preferred

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required

OCN – Oncology Certified Nurse – Required

1 year from hire date – Required Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute at Research Medical Center is accredited by The Commission on Cancer. The Commission on Cancer Standard 4.2 requires the nursing professional to complete 12 Oncology specific CNEs/CMEs each calendar year OR to hold an accredited certification starting after one year of hire.
