PT Weekday In-Home Nurse - LPN or RN - Low stress caseload

Join our team at Integrity Home Health Care! As a valued nurse, you’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. It’s a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.

We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN] or Registered Nurse [RN] to reliably serve patients in the following areas:

• KC, MO + surrounding
• PPV [pay per visit]
  • Routine 30-60min in home visits
• Flexible scheduling -
  • We are looking for someone Part Time with opportunity to grow case load over time.
    • Approx. 12-13 weekly client visits + 6-7 monthly client visits
      • Nurse to schedule visits accordingly
        - Note:
        
        WEEKDAY visits; no weekend or evening visits available.
    • Potential to gain additional visits possible in the future.
  • No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No On-Call
  • Must be willing to travel to Jackson County + surrounding areas
    • Use of a company car [pick up/drop off at Lees Summit office] or option for mileage reimbursement in personal vehicle

Qualifications:

• Current MO RN or LPN license in good standing.
• 1yr paid experience as an RN or LPN
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
