Rehab of Kansas City South is hiring a Full-Time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for our Day Shift

As an LPN
, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and work closely with CNAs, RNs, physicians, residents, and families to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor residents and recognize and report changes in condition
• Complete accurate nursing documentation
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the nursing team
• Follow all state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Assist with care planning and discharge planning
  
  Provide compassionate care while promoting resident safety and dignity

• Current, valid LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing excellent resident care
