What Will Make Someone Successful
We’re looking for someone who is confident clinically, comfortable working independently, and genuinely enjoys supporting and developing other nurses.
The right person will be organized, adaptable, patient-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a smaller, growing healthcare environment. This role requires someone who can move easily between leadership, operations, documentation review, quality initiatives, and direct patient care.
Why This Opportunity
This role offers the chance to step into a true leadership position while remaining close to patient care. You’ll have direct visibility with the Director of Nursing, meaningful influence over how the clinical team operates, and the opportunity to help shape nursing processes, training, quality standards, and overall program growth.
You’ll also be joining a close-knit team in a specialty area where the work has a direct impact on patients receiving complex therapies outside of the hospital setting.
