Job Description
Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City, located in Kansas City MO is currently hiring for a Registered Nurse for their Neuro OR. This is a nationally recognized top performing team and a leader in healthcare. This team offers a premier neurosurgical center in the region, treating more aneurysms than any other Kansas City area hospital. This is a great opportunity to work the latest technology and procedures.
As a nurse in our Neuro Operating Room you will circulate a variety of cases. This position requires flexibility and dependability and is responsible for the care of the patient in the intra-operative phase of care. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strong patient advocate focused on patient safety and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities- Performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff.
- Coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Accountable for utilizing the nursing process, safety and efficiency.
- Demonstrating proficiency and abiding by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.
Schedule , Full Time Days. Includes call coverage. The call response time is 30 minutes.

Experience:
1 year Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS) Associate Degree - Nursing
