• Collaborate with technical and business subject matter experts to understand requirements and technical designs.
• Review requirements, user stories, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts; knowledge of Selenium C# is a plus.
• Contribute to building automation test frameworks.
• Perform API testing.
• Optimize test scripts for performance, stability, and maintainability.
• Prepare test data and oversee readiness of test environments.
• Identify, document, report, and track QA defects in Jira.
• Track QA metrics such as test execution metrics, automation coverage, and defect metrics.

• 3 years of related work experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Knowledge of current software QA methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of C#.
• Selenium automation experience is preferred.
• CI/CD experience in Bamboo is a plus.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Experience testing desktop, web applications, large amounts of data, and reports.
• Knowledge of accessibility testing tools.
• Experience working with complex SQL queries, Git Hub, and Bit Bucket.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Work independently, be engaged and willing to ask questions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
