IPFS is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Quality Assurance and Testing to lead our enterprise-wide QA strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for revitalizing our QA roadmap, optimizing testing methodologies, and ensuring the delivery of reliable technology solutions.

• Create and convey a clear strategy for testing optimization, reduction in manual testing, and drastic improvement in testing accuracy.
• Assess testing performance and incorporate best testing practices and methodologies.
• Lead the UiPath automated testing initiative, and incorporate automated and load testing into test plans and execution.
• Performance management and defect tracking.

• 5+ years in a testing leadership position
• Experience managing multiple teams at an enterprise level
• Extensive knowledge of automated testing, particularly in UiPath, load testing, and regression testing
• Extensive knowledge of Test Driven Development
