As a Field Quality Manager, you will support field operations by overseeing the implementation and compliance of Michels' QA/QC programs in the field. This role is responsible for conducting on‑site inspections and performing routine assessments to ensure work meets quality expectations, project specifications, and industry standards.
Success in this position requires the ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

- 3+ years of QA/QC experience within the pipeline industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel across the United States
- Valid driver’s license for the vehicle(s) that may be driven, with an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
- Industry certifications (e.g., AWS CWI, AMPP Coating Inspector Level 1–3) are desired
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and specifications (desired)
